An AI shopping assistant for electronics stores

Electronics shoppers ask precise questions — a model number, a socket, a cable, a warranty — and leave when nobody answers. Bozor Bot answers them from your WooCommerce catalogue at any hour, with the price and stock your store actually has.

What electronics shoppers ask

The question Where the answer comes from
"Do you have the XT-4500?" An exact search on the SKU and product name, so a model number finds its product even when nothing else matches
"Will this charger work with my laptop?" The product's description and attributes. If they list compatible models, it answers; if not, it says the page does not say
"A quiet vacuum for a small flat, under $200" A search by meaning across the catalogue, answered with product cards inside the budget
"Is the 256 GB version in stock?" The variation's stock, synced from WooCommerce
"How long is the warranty? Can I return it opened?" Your warranty and returns pages

Why model numbers need a different search

A search built for meaning is bad at codes: "XT-4500" has no meaning to understand, and a meaning-based search happily returns the XT-4800 instead. A keyword search has the opposite problem with "a quiet vacuum for a small flat". Bozor Bot runs both and merges the results, so the shopper with a model number and the shopper with a vague need both get the right products.

Prices and stock it cannot get wrong

Electronics prices move with every sale, and a chat that quotes last week's price creates an argument at checkout. Product cards are built from the product rows in your database and never pass through the model, so the price and stock a shopper sees are the ones in your admin.

Make your catalogue answerable

When a question is not covered — a compatibility your pages never mention — the assistant says so and adds it to your Q&A list. Answer it once and every later shopper gets the answer.
