Bozor Bot vs Chatbase for WooCommerce
Chatbase builds a general-purpose AI agent for any website from the documents and pages you give it. Bozor Bot is narrower: an assistant for WooCommerce stores that reads the catalogue itself. The question is whether your shoppers mostly ask about products or about everything else.
The short answer
- Choose Chatbase if you want one AI agent trained on documents, help articles and Notion, with a choice of models, many integrations, or a store on Shopify.
- Choose Bozor Bot if your store runs on WooCommerce and you want product recommendations with real prices and stock, kept in step with the catalogue without re-training.
Side by side
| Feature | Bozor Bot | Chatbase |
|---|---|---|
| WooCommerce | Official plugin; products, variations, prices and stock are synced | Official WordPress plugin that adds the widget. No WooCommerce integration in the docs |
| Shopify and other platforms | Script tag only: pages are read from the sitemap, with no catalogue sync | Yes: product retrieval, cart and order actions |
| What the AI learns from | The catalogue and your published pages, plus answers you write | Files, text, a website crawl or sitemap, Q&A sheets, Notion, and helpdesk tickets |
| Prices shown to shoppers | From the store's database, on product cards | On WooCommerce, whatever the agent read from crawled pages |
| Keeping up with changes | Synced through the plugin, nightly and on demand | Weekly auto-resync on Basic and above; not on Hobby |
| How usage is counted | Conversations and messages | Message credits; one reply costs 1 to 5 credits depending on the model |
| When the allowance runs out | Pauses until next month and emails you; no overage | The agent shows "currently unavailable", unless auto-recharge is on ($40 per 1,000 credits) |
| Human handoff | No; unanswered questions are filed for you to answer once | Yes, through Chatbase's helpdesk on Basic and above |
| Paid plans start at | $29 a month | $40 a month ($32 billed yearly) for 700 message credits |
| Removing "Powered by" | Not offered | $1,188 a year |
The catalogue is the difference
On a WooCommerce store Chatbase learns the way a visitor would: by crawling pages. That works well for policies and help articles. For products it means the agent knows what the product pages said on the day they were crawled, and any price in its answer is text the model wrote from that page. On Hobby there is no automatic resync, so a sale or a price change waits until someone retrains it.
Bozor Bot reads the catalogue through its plugin — products, variations, prices, stock — and keeps it in step. When it recommends a product, the card's price and stock come from the database row, not from the model, so a shopper is never quoted a price you did not set.
Credits versus conversations
A Chatbase credit is one reply on the cheapest models and up to five on the most capable ones, so the same plan buys very different amounts of conversation depending on the model you pick. On 27 October 2026, Hobby included 700 credits a month, Basic 4,000 and Business 15,000.
Bozor Bot counts conversations and messages, with the model chosen for you. Both meters are on the pricing section, and a plan pauses at its limit instead of charging more.
