Bozor Bot vs Tidio for WooCommerce
Tidio is a customer-service platform: live chat, a shared inbox, email and social channels, with an AI agent called Lyro on top. Bozor Bot is only the AI assistant, built for one job — answering shoppers from a WooCommerce catalogue. Which one fits depends on whether you want a team inbox or an assistant that works without one.
The short answer
- Choose Tidio if people on your team answer shoppers themselves and you want one inbox for live chat, email, Messenger, Instagram and WhatsApp, with AI handling part of it.
- Choose Bozor Bot if nobody is free to sit in a chat window, and you want an assistant that recommends products from your WooCommerce catalogue with the real price and stock, and answers delivery and returns from your own pages.

How each one answers a product question
The difference shows on a question like "something to froth milk, under $50".
Bozor Bot searches your catalogue two ways at once — by meaning, for a vague request like this one, and by exact characters, for a model number — and answers with product cards. The cards are built from the product rows in the database, so the price and stock on them are the ones in your WooCommerce admin, not a paraphrase.
Lyro answers from the support content it has been given. Tidio lists product recommendations as part of a paid Lyro quota; its WooCommerce integration page describes something different — a human agent browsing the catalogue from the inbox and sending a product card mid-conversation. If product questions are most of what your shoppers ask, test that path on a real catalogue before buying.
What it costs
Tidio's plans are priced by billable conversations, which Tidio defines as conversations that include a message from a human agent; Lyro's replies are counted separately, on its own quota. On 27 October 2026 the pricing page showed Starter at $24.17 a month and Growth from $49.17, Lyro from $32.50 a month for 50 AI conversations, and Lyro's own page quoted "$0.5 per conversation".
Bozor Bot has one bill. Every plan includes the assistant, and is metered on conversations and messages. When an allowance runs out the assistant pauses until the next month rather than billing more, and you get an email. Current numbers are on the pricing section.
Where Tidio is the better choice
- You want people to answer, with AI as a first line.
- Shoppers reach you on Messenger, Instagram or WhatsApp.
- You need ticketing, email and a shared team inbox.
- Your store is not on WooCommerce.
Where Bozor Bot is the better choice
- Nobody is free to staff a chat, especially evenings and weekends.
- Shoppers ask about products more than about orders.
- A wrong price in a chat would cost you money or trust.
- You want to see which questions your pages cannot answer.
- Page weight matters: the widget is under 15 KB.
